  3. this morning I went to my usual store and ordered a large tea and a coconut donut. I got a large tea with coconut in it and they forgot to give me my donut. I had to ask for it. This is has happened to me at least 3-4 times.. I have even gone thru the drive thru and got the wrong order. I don’t have time to go back and get the right one. I think their help needs to pay attention to the order list ,

  4. I am very disappointed that you stopped the free donut with a coffee thru AARP. That was my first stop in the morning, but not anymore unless you get it back.

  5. AWFUL SERVICE! That’s it in a nutshell…I waited 15 minutes for a large iced hazelnut, extra shot of espresso, (charged $2.97 for three), and 1 hot sm hot coffee that cost me $7.81!!! The manager yelled at the employee and never apologized and just handed me the coffees. I stood there quietly. No complaining. It’s the first time in months since I visited a Dunkin. I swear never to go back again.

  7. Hi I was at Dunkin 8/15/18 and an employee named Liz was super nice and polite. We didn’t have to wait long for our drinks I just want to give her a five star for everything she did for us.

  8. Hello, I just went to your location on Dobbs Ferry rd in greenburgh ny. It is a drive thru location. I order two large iced coffees, I asked for a receipt and Darwin stated that the machine is broken and he could not provide me with one. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager and there was nothing he could do. We are supposed to receive our receipts and I am very disappointed with this.

  9. I was in your store this morning. The air conditioning was not working and it was hot and the employees were even hotter. They said they couldn’t call a repairman since it was on a weekend. Apparently as large as Dunkin donuts is , they cannot afford a repairman.
    I would like to know how much business the chain is loosing to other shops and especially Cumberland farms convenience stores

  10. Let first say how much I love Dunkin Donuts. The problem I have, is your coffee cups. Everyday the lids leak and have stained do many of my tops. I quit buying coffee for my coworkers for this reason alone. They all encounter the same problem. Not good when we’re in our meetings and everyone is dripping coffee on the conference room table and themselves. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change the design of your lids. Thanks

  11. I go to the oxford store 5 days a week, service is excellent. Three times i have gone and not received what i paid for. Twice paid for 2 egg wraps, two different days, didnt have egg on them. This morning I ordered 2 orders of the roll-ups, received 1 order. Didnt say anything first 2 times, things happen. third time not to happy. pc#302518.

  12. I walked into corning ny 14830 store… 1 person working register… many people in line .. several workers walking around… not seeing how many people were waiting in line.. I walked out for the 3rd time in a 6 week period.. my mother-in-law is on comfort care at a nursing facility.. she loves your coffe.. and donut.
